I've heard of maybe 2-3 guys doing it. It just isn't the most logical route. From what I hear, its a much more involved engine swap.

I've always thought it would be cool to have a supercharged 8.1L in a RCSB.

I saw one years ago that a magazine or something with really deep pockets did, and fell in love. When I started really getting into the whole performance truck thing, that was what I wanted. After a good bit of research, it seemed that the 6l or built lsx was a way better route. Better driveability, better overall powerband, cheaper, easier, more available yada yada yada.
Granted I still think it's bad ***, I just think for the money a 427+ ci stroker motor would produce as good or better results for less money.

Go ahead and try it though, I'll cheer you on all the way.
Hell a guy around town put a duramax in a rcsb 1/2 ton. If I recall correctly he was running mid to high 12's at like 130+ mph spinning 30" slicks through 1st, 2nd and 3rd with a basicly stock tune trying to get a feel for it
