Looking back on some old post, it seems he bought them from another board member as well.

That's a harsh thing to say. It implies that you think I sold you wrong injectors on purpose. I have bought and sold to several members on this board and they will tell you I conduct my transactions with nothing but honesty. I would have liked to have been able and refund your money, but at the time I was in a very bad finanicial situation. That was when my 4.8 motor blew and every spare dime I had went into getting the truck running again.I even responded to an email of yours telling you that. As my badluck would have it, now I'm facing a rebuild on my 6.0 and my truck has sat for almost a month now with no motor in it.
If they are not 8.1 injectors I am very sorry. I would have never sold them as such if I had known different. I bought them from another board member that said they were 8.1 injectors.

bigguy, you sent me payment through paypal around aug. 24-25. I went through my saved emails. You emailed me on the 27th letting me know you recieved them that day. Your request for money back was on Sept. 4th. That is more than 1-2 days. I promise you I did not have the money. I offer my apologies and hope you will accept it. Nothing was done intentional to be bad bussiness or dishonest.

Big Guy-when I buy something off the internet or at a swap meet for that matter, the assumption is that the part is "as-is" and the best you can hope for is that the guy is telling you the truth and that it is in servicable conditon, if not you have to cut your losses and go on. When I sell something I am 100% honest to the best of my knowledge. I sell stuff as is and that means once you pay it is yours. When I sold you the programmer that didn't work for you I refunded the money even though I was in a bad financial condition at that time, too. Now I have a programmer that is junk 'cause I have no idea what you did to it so I wouldn't feel right about selling it and I am afraid to try it on my truck now for fear of frying the pcm. Had I known you were gonna develop a pattern of complaining about the used parts you buy off the internet I wouldn't have refunded you either. Sounds like you need to place an "injector for sale ad" the question is, will you sell them as 8.1's or whatever they really are?

L-EATER, I traded bigguy my headers for those injectors. When I got them they were obviously not 8.1 injectors as they had been described by at least three board members. I contacted bigguy right away regarding this and he said he would take the injectors back. Now, he got them from Ranwalk who also had them listed as 8.1 injectors. Ranwalk got them from some board member named Will.
When you sell something used and it doesn't work thats one thing. But when you sell something that even isn't what its listed as, thats another.

It really sounds like Will needs to be called in on this. Fortunately foy you twobit, will lives in Dallas. William Nelson. I can probably dig up contact ifo for him. Parish8 and XLR8 both have spoken with will before. I doubt that he will give ranwalk his money back, but it would be good to know where he got them etc...

L-eater,,, that superchip programmer to my knowledge can still be reprogrammed. So it isnt a total loss. And i didnt do anything abnormal with the programmer. followed the directions to the T. And im very gratefull you refunded my money, that was a very freindly thing to do. and im gonna show twobit this same curtsie and give him what he deserves, one way or another. ""Had I known you were gonna develop a pattern of complaining about the used parts you buy off the internet I wouldn't have refunded you either."" as far as i know, this is my first time to complain out loud. and im sorry you feel that way. I dont really expect any money refunded to me. Ranwalk took a cut in the price he sold them to me. and im gonna have to take the biggest cut of them all and eat the whole thing. You cant blame me for tring to get everybody what is suppose to be thiers. And i apoligize to the public if ive offended anyone, and if we all lived close by, id buy you all a beer to for times sake.
