Question ? for 6 liter H/C guys

I am going to run my truck naturally aspirated for a while and was wondering what you guys think I should run the timing at? It is a stock bore 6 liter with stage 2 TEA 5.7 heads, 9.5 compression, and a 2002 LS6 cam. Thanks for any suggestions.

I'd give it 26-27 degrees. Mine runs noticeably better when I see timing above 25 degrees compared to ~20*s.

Ok, 26 it is. I am going to write the edit program in a few minutes and then go back to the shop and finish hooking up the MAF/inlet ducting and then it is off to test the diff between blown and natural. I made a couple passes this afternoon with the blower and I pulled 109mph in the qtr. Any guesses how much slower it will be without the lung?

Mine is set 27-28 WOT with no kr on a 10.5 to 1 motor. On motor mine runs 105-108 trap speeds so if I had to I guess I think it would trap around 104.

Update: With 26 degrees timing, fat A/F ratio (O2's reading 960-970) I am trapping about 81 in the 1/8th and about 100 to 101 in the 1/4. If I can get it leaned out some I think the mph will come up a bit. It feels like a slug since I am used to the blowers instant torque, but I guess a N/A truck running in the 13's at over 100 ain't too bad.
