Default 6.2 swap

Whats guys need sum help is it worth putting a 6.2 in a 2004 silverado?

anything with more displacement is a good thing if youre going NA but there will be needed parts to complete the conversion

Personally, I would look for an LQ9 and put 243 heads on it if I was looking for a larger engine in a GMT800.

The extra cost of the engine itself and the numerous conversion harnesses doesn't make it work it.

just a 58x to 24x conversion module, extend the knock sensor harness, and a DR.X 90mm conversion harness. i think if i remember correctly...he already has the short block.

Yeah ur right can u give me the link agaian im bout to change the reluctor wheel this weekend comming up but im having trouble finding a shop to do it

Using the 58X to 24X module let you not have to mess with changing the reluctor wheel on the crank. Extend the harness' yourself and save the expense of buying adaptor harness'
