Valve size is the same, Chambers are larger but the design is almost identical, Intake ports are exactly the same, and Exhaust ports are exactly the same

True....the LS6 uses hollow sodium-filled valves and different springs, BUT....the valve size IS the same as the 6.0 heads

I think the ls6 heads still flow a little better than the truck heads. There is a chart on here that has all the info. It is in the internal section.

-Same valve diameters. 2'', 1.55''
-Larger combustion chamber (6.0)71cc, (ls6)64.45cc
-LS6 runner volumes 210cc, 75cc,
-Flow @ .600 lift = 257cfm, 183cfm (ls6)
-Flow @ .600 lift = 240cfm, 177cfm (6.0)

There are some differences. I don't have the runner volumes for the 6.0L
