Default 6.0L in and running

shes in and running fine, nice power differance then the 4.8L.I do have some questions, the temp gauge is working fine moving up and down but the hoses are so hot you cant touch them and the fans are working so hopefully nothing to worry about and where the motor has been sitting for a year it sounds like it has a sticky lifter is there something i can do i used ams oil 5-30 syn.maybe it will free up in a couple of days, and im still running my 4.8L pcu is there any harm in this or what do i do? thanks

well a re-tune definately wouldn't hurt anything...you didn't do any type of rebuild on the motor? just pulled the 4.8 & dropped in the 6.0?
