Default 6.0L Build, questions on CAI and TBSS Intake manifold

To keep it short, I am building a 6.0 with 243 heads and thinner head gaskets. Comp is going to be 10.9:1 and I am going to be running a TR220 cam (or something with specs close to that) and long tube headers. First question is, is the stock intake tract capable of flowing at least 750cfm? I don't want to run a CAI if it's not necessary. I don't like all the obnoxious intake noise and don't want to hear it if I don't have to. Secondly, I am being offered a complete TBSS LS2 intake with injectors, fuel rails, the whole ****'n'sha-bang for $350 with engine cover. Is this a good deal? Even if this is a good deal, will I benefit from this intake and 90mm throttle body on a mild build such as what I'm doing? Anyways, I am hoping to be knocking on the 400RWHP door and running low 13 second 1/4 mile. Do you think this is realistic with this setup? Thanks in advance for your input.

Do know that this engine is going to be designed for the broadest possible torque curve possible. Rarely will this motor see a 6200 RPM+ shift unless it's a heated stoplight battle. I am in search of nasty torque that will vaporize the tires at will. This is a 5 speed truck so I'm not wanting any cam surging at idle or lower creeping RPM's. My driving style during the week consists of a lot of 600 RPM idling IN GEAR putting in rush hour traffic and I don't want the truck surging or lashing at those lower RPM's. I'm afraid I would get that with anything larger than a 220

LOL your video made me laugh. I suppose a rcsb 2wd truck with a 5 speed would do more than that even Do you have any dyno sheets from your old 6.0

How about my cai question? Anyone know the max cfm flow capability of the stock system? Also is it wortg it foe me to put the tbss ls2 intake on? Is $350 a good price for it?
