I'll be running aftermarket forged rods and as much boost as a 2.75" pulley will make with a 408,probably about 91/2 lbs.

alot of the listings I've seen don't have overlap listed, I know you can lay it out from the lift #'s in crankshaft degrees and LSA. is there an easier way?

If you have the duration at .006,add the intake and exhaust duration,divide by 4,subtract the LSA and multiply by 2,that will give overlap.
