Default Which 6.0L

I was dicussing a swap from a 5.3 to a 6.0 a while back. That got put on the back burner but now I am back to researching! Ok, for a 2003 silverado with a 5.3 which 6.0 engine do I need? LQ9? LQ4? LS? Kinda starting from scratch knowledge here and any help would be great!! Thank you..
