I figured I would get a btter response to this question in the truck forum rather than the track kills section. Tonight Im going to the track with my best friend that has a 01 c3 denail with western pcm tuning everything else is stock. Hes takin off his 22's and putting the stock 17 teens back on to run. My other friend ahas a 5.3L sierra 1500 with 20's bone stock. Whos should get beat how bad? The c3 ran 15.8 a year ago with the stock rims.

the denali will probably take win. the 20's on the truck are more than likly pretty heavy.

 

The deanil won. The deanil got beat by the same sierra by about 2 and half cars before he took off his 22's and without the pcm. It was a night and day diff in that chip! It would barely get up to 105 before now its pulls like crazy all the way to 120 like it aint nothing! Hes going to run a 03 sierra 4x4 tonight that has gibson catback everything else stock. What yout think about this one? The guy in the 4x4 sirra got beat by a car and a half(before he got gibson catback) by the stock sirra with 20's...how many cars you think it the gibon catback would help?

 

Your first post mentioned going to a track. Did they tell what your ETs were?

 

Forgot about that.....when we got all the way to the track they were runnin pro mods bracket series! We were so pissed. So we just lined em up a few times on the way home.
