Default 6.0 swap headache

Hey guys I haven't posted a lot just do a lot of searching and reading, I finally got a 6.0 to swap in place of my 4.8. It ran ok for a while then I got a code for cam sensor and truck acting like it was wanting to backfire after a long cranking cycle, release the key hit it again it would start right up, replaced cam sensor ran fine till shut off now I'm getting a maf and map code. I used the maf and map from the 4.8 that worked good before. The truck has pacesetter long tubes, vette servo and hyper junk programmer that I can't get to return to stock. Anybody got any suggestions.
