Your PCM would have to be upgraded for the 6.0, I would suggest getting Nelson Performance to handle that for you.
Other than that, there are not any other upgrades "needed" to complete the swap. You may want to consider beefing up your 60-E to handle the added power.
Where are you currently looking for a motor? Who is doing the install?

Iv'e ran into a few on Ebay but nothing serious yet. I haven't thought about who is going to do it. I guess depending on how hard it is I could do it myself.
Do you know of someone to do the install? And how much it would all cost?

There are a few shops out your way that can handle that! I am sure someone will chime in and let you know. Pretty sure you dont want to drive to Cali to have it done.
