Default 6.0 or ls1

What type of power diff between 6.0 and ls1 if you were going to swap one.
seems like a lot of people have 6.0.

either one is a good choice. I am personally goin with later on down the road a 6.0 then stroke it. The ls1 is lighter by about 80 lbs. Just depends on what you want, if your going to boost it or run nitrous the 6.0 usually is the pick of choice due to the iron block and it has a biger displacement. both good options. Also the 6.0 can usually be picked up for less money.

Well a 6.0 will probably cost the same, but I haven't found to many ls1's for $1000. usually like 2500 or so, get a pull out with really low miles. either way I think the 6.0 would be cheaper atleast the lq4.

Heh....yeah, I went with the LS1 because I got a really really good deal on it, and it's lighter. The 6.0L isn't a bad choice at all, but even barring cost I still think that I would have picked the LS1.
