you will need the motor mounts and frame mounts out of a 1500 silverado with a v8 and a wire harness and pcm and you will have to do some thing with the fuel lines....im not sure if it will bolt to a 4l60e or not...depends on if it has the long or short crank.....

First of what year silverado are you swaping it into???
The cheapest/easyest option would be to run the 4L80e that comes with the 6.0L . Also see if you can get the stock rear trans crossmember as you will have to modify the stock one to make it fit.
If you really want to run the 4L60E, you will need a different Tourque Converter. I believe the v6 converter has a different bolt pattern and offset from the newer LS based engines. also you will have to either have the factory crank snout either turned down or change it to the newer 01 up crank with the shorter rear snout to run it with a 4l60. You will also need the correct flywheel for the 4L60E. You would also have to make some changes to the wiring, and reflash the PCM to run the 4L60E.
It's not really worth to try and run the 4L60E as it probally wont stand up to the 6.0L over time esspecailly if you start modding it. If your going to go through the trouble of doing the swap, You will end up modding it sooner or later.
I believe the 4L80E has a different out put shaft then the 4L60E so you will have to get it changed. I believe the drive shaft may also have to be shortened something like 2 inches.
Keep digging around on here and you'll find most of the answers you need.

its a 2000 silverado
the motor i have is a 6.0 and i was just going to use the tranny it came with and put a shift kit in it and what not and im also putting a trubo on the 6.o so im going to have to get it tuned regardless and upgrade the bottom end tranny etc but the turbo is coming after the motor is in for a while because i dont really have the funds for it right know
