Default 6.0 heads on a 4.8?

I have a friend that has a 4.8 that has pullies, cam, CAI, shorty headers, exhaust and a tune from TSP. He bought my e-fans and was wondering if 6.0 heads would make much of a difference. He doesn't want to get the truck tuned again until after he gets some heads but he doesn't think his wife will let him spend very much more on the truck. Any suggestions? I know his cam is pretty mild.

unless you plan on boosting that motor, the 6.0 heads are going to kill him because the 6.0 heads are a bigger combustion chamber,
bigger chamber=less compression=less horsepower

definantly not worth it..
