Default 6.0 buildup

I have been debating on exactly what I want to do with my 6.0 buildup and its holding me from starting to buy parts. I want to be different yet still get a lot of power. Here is my idea for my buildup

6.0 block lq4/lq9 block
ls2 rotating assembly
ls2 water pump
ls2 heads
ls2 intake
a cam in the range of 228/232 with around 600 lift on either a 112 or 114 lobe
3600 stall
debating on whether to get a fully built 60e to handle about 600 horse or just go for a 80e
got 3.73 gears right now and im thinkin 4.10 will be good

will this work or will the ls2 stuff not be compatible on that block? the only reason why i say ls2 water pump is cause i want the clearance for the ls2 intake so i can wind this engine up high and get a lot of power out of it...i would like to get about 400 horse to the wheels and right now ive got a 99 rcsb stepside with a 5.3 with 83k miles on it...i know most of you will say that i should just get a cheap lq9 or cheap lq4 and build it up but i want to be different and i think that this setup if it actually worked properly could make more power N/A but im not sure on that so thats why im asking you guys. So if you guys dont think this can be done or dont think its worth it just let me know cause all im looking for is a 12 second daily driver and this seems like it would pretty much guarantee that with a lot more than 400 horse to the wheels

oh one more thing...i have to pass smog cause i live in cali

Im not 100% sure if teh LS2 internals will work with the iron block, but Im pretty sure they will. Looks like a stout set up, and should easily put down 400+ to the rears. Also dont forget about the rod bolts. I sent a 5.3 to an early grave cause of stock rod bolts and 6500 RPM

something to note to yourself.....LQ9 internals are the same as a LS2 internals. put 243 castings on a LQ9 and you have basically and iron block LS2

oh sorry...i thought i read in gm high performance that the ls2 internals were different...so the only thing that will be different with the block is the iron block versus the aluminum block? what about the ls2 water pump and intake? think it will work?
