I have one of those barbells in my motor and have used a couple of them. They work well.

I think I'm gonna get one so I can say my bottom end has billet parts in it 😂😂. Plus I've got some other junk to order.

Finally got more work done to this thing. Camshaft is degreed, timing set is in and heads are torqued down.

Now what to do for rockers?
I have some hardened 7.40 pushrods that came with the cam kit and the factory 140k mile LQ4 rockers. Should I do a trunion upgrade to the rockers or replace them?

Uhhhh........ Yeah the local flea market

The bushing kit is what I was thinking of doing it seems to be a popular route. Its just a shame to put ugly old rockers on beautiful new heads.

I just did Trunion upgrade, they are under valve covers so who cares. But that's coming from a guy that could give a crapp about under hood appreance, I just want power and reliability...
