So i have a couple of cash to spend on my 07 vortec max, and i really wanted to know what mods i should do first? Already have cat back magnaflow exhaust and wanted to make my truck a bit faster. Wanted to throw on a 220/220 cam and run it without a stall for now. Any ideas?

what ever longtubes you can afford. the 212/218 will really help you out down lown, anything over that you deff. need a bigger converter. or the 206/212 would work good too

I would look into gears, headers, tune. I've yet to see a cam make more tq down low then the stock cam, so without a converter it would still be a dog off the line.

Hmm 212/218 cam and exhaust, plus tune from texas speed. Decent gain? Vmaxes respond really well to minor mods, really just trying to get into the 13s

Just get a stall. I bet it would make you smile even with the stock cam.
