Default 5.7L Upgrades

I have a 99 C/K 1500 ext cab. she also is pushing 130,000 miles .... Wondering what some good upgrades would be so i can get down into the 15 second range in the 1/4mile.

Right now its stock and running 16.085 at 84.92MPH

Any inputs would be great thanks

A torque converter and some tuning would do it wonders.
