With your mods, you will have to look in the rear view mirror often to remind yourself you are even towing anything. Should be no problem.

I have an '02 1500 w/ 4.8 and 3.73. With a weight distributing hitch and a brake controller, I pull a 2400lb open trailer with my 3200lb Z06 on it like its barely there.
