I don't post too much over here so I figured some may be interested.
This is just copied from another forum, I will update as I go.

Ok early august I started my 5.3 swap, I bought a 5.3/4l60e combo from a member here. Since then, I have pulled 4.3 and 5 speed.






Right now I'm swapping the brackets on the frame to the v8 mounts. more pics as progress is made and weather permit.

 

Just dropped in.

Cam I bought for it. It will be put in when I get the torque converter, pushrods, and valvesprings.

And now for something recent. Engine is about ready to fire, still need to clean up the wiring a bit.

Walbro 255lph fuel pump is installed, fuel lines hooked up, just need little stuff now like hoses and and a belt.


Still have a bunch of cleaning up to do w/ wires and such.

 

Looks like a fun project.
