thanks for all the input guys.the way it looks ill probably be doing a cam swap and a Efan over the winter.i am still thinking about milling the heads to get 10-1 compression,maybe 2.00 intake valves.
black02z71,is the 4.2 trailblazer converter a stock GM unit?is this a direct swap?
what is the maximum overbore on a 5.3?is there .120 in a factory block?is a 6.0 and a 5.3 the same casting?
