Default 5.3 torque cam

Ok I am building a 5.3 for rock crawling. I want as much torque as possible but I want it to still idle smooth and be driveable. I am running the stock heads and pistons. What do you guys think would be a good cam. Will be running a th400 with a 2000-2400 stall. Any help would be great.

Call comp cams direct or texas speed and get the exact cam you need for your application. It will run great and you ll be happy.

Don't forget, custom grinds are no more expensive than off the shelf camshafts...keep that in mind and give us a call if you need us to work something out with COMP suited better to your application.

Thanks!
