i am trying to build a daily driver with around 500 hp i really dont want to have to run methenol. i would kinda like to run stock internals except for the cam. what size cam do i need? should i forget the turbos and just run a paxton or somthing of the sort so i can run pump gas.
I think that i am sold on the 6.0. now all i have to do is find one, after i get money of course
i want to run a rather large cam and diffinatly headers. after all money is an issue that is why i was going to run the little turbos off of that dodge. i will try to post some pictures of what i am running right now in a few days/ maybe next week some time. it is acctually a pretty bad *** ride when it isnt under construction or torn apart. it just isnt fast enough and its just a V-6 so it lacks the desired uummff. know what i meen?
Does any one know the specifications between an old 5.7 and a 6.0 such as the motor mount locations and the lengths of the tranny and tail shafts. I have a 4L60E right now. are the yokes different on newwer 4L80 and 4L60Es.
