Just making sure I got the right filter, advance listed a 99 sierra as a 5.7??? I have a 5.3

is pf52 the correct filter?

the 5.7 was for the old body style in '99. the new body style came out in '99 as well, but those trucks came with 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 etc... go with the PF59. some books will say PF58, but that is the wrong filter. 3675 are the last 4 #'s you need if you get some other oil filter besides ACdelco. OOPPs, i might be wrong, someone chime in if i am. i am thinking 5.3 because that is what i have. not sure for the 4.8.

 

i just checked. i was right. the 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0 all use the same oil filters i have mentioned
