what do you guys think about this cam from comp

Operating Range: 1,800-6,800 RPM

Duration @ 050" Lift: Intake 222, Exhaust 224

Advertised Duration: Intake 275, Exhaust 277

Valve Lift with 1.7 Rockers Intake .566, Exhaust .568

Lobe Separation 112

I just bought this one used for the time being until i get money for my 383 stroker parts. i have a 3200 yank, what should i shift at? rev limiter? is it worth milling my heads while i'm at it? maybe .020

anybody got any ideas on a cam for the 5.3 that will give the most gains and retain some drivability
