You don't need a high volume pump, a standard replacement pump does more than enough for oil flow.

Missing cam plate. I would suggest doing lifters so pulling heads and doing head gaskets and everything that goes with that.
Don't have to I guess but it is recommended.

Probably. I don't see headgaskets listed or water pump gaskets. You need a new camshaft retainer plate too because that comes with a new seal.

BTR just came out with a new high lift cam for the 5.3 last week that will work with those PAC 1219 springs.

217/23X, .613/.607, 114 LSA

"The 5.3 Hot Rod cam is BTR's newest offering for the guys with 4.8 & 5.3 displacement truck engines. This cam delivers an aggressive idle while maintaining good street manners.

It makes slightly less torque down low than our Truck Norris cam yet produces an additional 20+ HP at peak. These newly designed BTR lobes were developed in house and tested on our Spintron and Engine Dyno to achieve the highest overall power curve while also maintaining our strict valvetrain stability and durability standards."

Still too big for a street truck IMO. To my way of thinking, there's not much to be gained going over .500 lift with stock heads so no need to strain or beef up the valve train, just doesn't seem to be enough profit in it.
