Default 5.3 to 6.0

I have a 99 5.3 silverado with the 4l60, I would like to make a lot of power with a new build. I wan't a 6.0 and 4l80 trans 2wd, so Can I purchase any 6.0 motor and 4l80e trans or specific ones? Also will it drop right in to my 99 escb or is there more modifications. And if there is a thread for this please direct me to it sorry if it's been asked before. Thanks in advance!

In general terms, it's my understanding that an Lq4 or Lq9 6.0 should just drop in easily in place of the 5.3. You'll need to have it tuned.

The 4l80e, however, will require some pricey parts and modification and isn't necessarily a straight "plug and play" like the engine.

Not wanting to be an ***, but a 30 second search revealed a very informative link on google, so I'll be nice and post it for you this time.
