Question 5.3 to 6.0

my 5.3 is getting old and i want a fresh plate to start on so im going go get a"6.0L LS2 Aluminum Block
L92 Cylinder Heads
L76 (Car) Intake Manifold
Complete Engine – fuel rails, throttle body, ignition coils, flexplate, water pump, factory exhaust manifolds, plug wires, and spark plugs
T/B design (drive by wire ), 24X or 58X crank.
my question is what all will i need to do the swap to a 2004 silverado ecsb 5.3 and will my stock 4l60e with just a shift kit and servos hold up to the 500 horse power? i also plan on putting a 100 shot on it soon after and if the tranny cant hold the power would it be better to swap it to the 80e or a built 60e? thanks guys

almost everyone will tell you to just go with a built 80e...
