Putting a shift kit in the trany mechanically raises line pressure and you can fine tune it with the computer. Get a nelson tune. Mines great.

The Superchips tune from Magnuson has the trans line pressure increased already. Be careful you don't increase the line pressure with the washers until you change the tune a little. You should be able to do that with HP Tuners. You don't want to bang the shifts too hard with the Radix!

at this point, my plan is to take a stock bin file for my year and model and paste those stock values for the Base Shift Pressure vs. Torque vs. Gear Table over the existing (tuned) values.

I'll be doing the same thing in the next few weeks. Oh yeah......Tony from Under Pressure Motorsports (who I bought the Radix from) told me the other day the program in the flash tuner they sent me was incorrect. They put the correct tune in, and overnighted it to me. Hope to have my truck running tomorrow. (just got back in town tonight) I don't think I did any damage to the pcm with the ground debacle, because the truck started, and ran (although horribly rich) on the stock tune. I only ran it long enough to move it out of the stall, and out to a parking space.
