408 stroker with stock rad or aftermarket?

That will work even on a 4x4 that isn't lowered?? Should I cut my rubber shrouds that go next to the rad to block the air flow and put them back in? I took them out because my intercooler pipes go next to my rad...

Yes put those back in. Those are there to funnel airflow through the rad core. Without them the air will take the easier path of going around the rad if it can and not remove heat from the coolant as it should.
