Well that's what I was thinkin Mark but wtf do I know... so I figured I'd best check before I told him I'd take them for sure. Sounds like fun to me!!

Finally starting to get it dialed in this week. First laptop became toast and then other problems so there has been delay after delay getting it tuned.

Yeah, tell me about delays. From wideband going bad, parts getting lost in shipping, Clutch issues and mysterious squeek in the dash it seems like i'll never get all the bugs worked out

some oval slash cut in front of the rear tires would look nice.
Maybe something like these

Oval slash-cut in front of the passenger side wheel is exactly the vision I took to bed with me. (you can tell you're getting old when you take visions of car parts to bed with you instead of visions of warm wet woo woo but prostate problems and the drugs they prescribe for that condition will do that to a guy... but I digress) Four or five inch black oval slash cut will look BAD on my white truck!

Would a X pipe ahead of the mufflers be advisable?... or is that as important with supercharged engines?

xpipe tend to help low and mid range but with as much air as you are flowing you'd have to have a big one to not hurt your top end. x pipes quieten down the exhaust as well. I like to hear the cam

That's the way I had it in my head too.. but didn't know that x pipes tend to make it quieter. I don't want quieter! I want scary bad ***!

I can see I'm getting closer to the 402 build over the winter. But... last night the boost guage read 12.8 pds so if I drop that to 7 by doing a 402 I'd lose a lot of boost hp and gain c.i. hp and torque but how much more than I'd lose by lowering the boost? Hmmm. Killer torque though... with the blown 402 I mean. And I already have the blower, 90mm tb, heads, cam, headers and exhaust system for the 402. I'd need a transmission but I hear that the 80e loses more hp to parasitic loss than the 60e so maybe.... and ..... oh ****.. here I go. Did someone say spray?

You'd have to talk to whitt1 about the 402 and radix recommendations. It would be bad *** reguardless.
