i think a healthy cam and you would be close. i would be more worried about getting more torque...since that is what our 4.8s lack

A decent cam and good tune will get you there.

I had a 4.8 for a long time and had alot of fun with it! How much would you like to spend? You can turbo a 4.8 and put a cam in to see some really good numbers. All depends on what you have to spend!

I don't think I want to turbo it. I'm thinking about getting a TR220, and a stall and having some other bolt ons done. Pullys and efans, Right now the W4M is doing fine, although I deffinitly need to send it in for a retune since the headers were put on and I deleted the A.I.R. Just waiting to port my Tb so I dont turn right around and do it all over a week later. There are a couple places close here that can do a tune, so thats not a problem. How hard was it to tune your 224, I mean this is still my DD.
