Default 4.8 piston swap into 5.3....

Has anyone done this yet? LINK

Compression should bump up close to 10.4:1.

How much hp can one expect to gain from bumping the compression almost 1 full point?

Something is wrong with that calculation.
The L33 5.3L HO has flat top pistons and makes 9.9 : 1 compression.
