The hotcam in a 4.8 is tricky to tune. I'll sell you my old one for cheap with springs and shims if you want, but it's not a boost friendly cam for turbo's or SC's. It sounds real mean though.

gt2-3 is a lingenfelter FI cam. You dont hear a bad thing about that cam!!

224/224 116lsa. That is what I ran in my radix/4.8 combo and made 435rwhp with it. It is a comp cam...

i was kind of looking to get around 425 hp out of mine. So I guess it is doable. i can't seem to leave things alone.

to help you get that kind of power, I would recommend doing some heads too. A nice set of 6.0 or LS1 head that have a slight p&p job done on them would help
