I woulnt worry about the lifters and the timing chain unless you just think you gotta have em but they aren't a must. IMO the 220 is all you're gonna want beings it's only a 4.8. I have that cam and a 3200 stall in my truck and it works great. I'm very happy with it

i wanna run a cam on my 4.8 .. but whats the differences on the lsa or how does that work...
i was looking at the 220/220 581/581

I'm putting a trick flow 216/220 .560 on 114 last on mine. With ls6 springs. Should gain some top end until stall is Added.
