4.8 & 5.3 Heads The Same?

Checked several sets today. All had 4.8 cast in them. Just wanted to make sure. Runner volume etc,.Thanks for any info.

smaller chambers? That may not be a bad idea if they do have smaller chambers. You could port em, put valves in em and bring your comp ratio up without the hassles of milling. Thats IF they are smaller. HMMM
