I know if I put 4.10s in I will be getting into 3rd gear a little faster. Right now 3rd gear sucks with 3.42s, will it get alot better w/ 4.10s?
What mph are people w/ 4.10s shifting into 2nd & 3rd?
Do any of you know what rpm you are at at the end of the 1/4 mile?
Thanks in advance.

It shifts into 2nd around 40-45 mph and into 3rd at ~70 mph.
I finish the 1/4 mile at approx 4500 rpms which is less than ideal, but the extra jump at the lights help.
When on the highway if your going over 55 mph it will not shift into 2nd, only down to 3rd. This is with Hypertech's shifts points, but you can manually shift down to 2nd.

go with a higher stall converter before u change gears. I just switched from a 3:23 to 3:73 and Im having problems with shifting although I used the Hpp3 to recalibrate. Still don't have it right. I should have gone with a converter first.

at WOT I shift out of 1st at 45, 2nd at 70 and I can hit the speed limiter in third
4L80 gearing is 1st = 2.48, 2nd = 1.48. 3rd = 1.00, 4th = .75
