Default Is 3800 a good deal for a 6.2 complete swap?

Everything is included.motor,acc.,oilpan,6l80e transmission, harness ,pcm, everything besides the battery.

That's not a good deal. That's more like robbery or rape on your part. Hell of a steal

I saw a 50K mile LQ9 for $1500 and thought that was a good deal so ya $3800 is killer.
Is it a late night deal in an unspecified location?
