I tuned a 2020 similar combo the neural network is a nightmare to deal with. We ran out of fuel so fast on it even on 93 only so had to limit boost. By the time was said and done customer ended up going back to a stock cam and truck was much happier with the blower on it. So choose your poison with these 19s and up boost or stay n/a and go with a cam. This ecm is a disaster to deal with vrs the e92. The NN works around using vvt and is important to the calculations that are being done so if cam is locked out it becomes a nightmare to even make it idle correctly. The shop I tune for and that customer learned a lesson on that truck. I imagine had I had hands on and could drive it maybe tuning would have gone easier. Just had so many weird issues pop up on how it would drive one tune to the next and anything you applied from what you knew on e92 ecm didn’t always help fix issues as the NN got in the way. Their is no way to “maf priority “ tune these vehicles.
jannety is a joke I’ve retuned remotely some of his cars and made so much more hp he doesn’t even know how to setup soi to the cam at least didn’t bother on the few I redid. On average correct soi can pick up over 40whp to give you an idea and take a vehicle that doesn’t drive great as big cam and make it drive totally stock again when injector timing is correct. I have found none of the big shops are doing it correctly as I remote tune a ton of gen v gm trucks cars all kinds of combos from bolt on to 427 twin turbo c7s. So many of these “big shops” have no clue on this platform. So as always choose your tuner wisely.

I'm guessing it's a fairly tight fit at the top back. Is there room for toohighpsi port plates and still fit? That would totally solve any fueling issues which I'm concerned about. Really love your build!

It sucks to be the first to do anything like this. I hope he got it all straightened out and it rips!
