Yes I know that the BCM would need to be programmed but we dont think that is the problem cause everything with that is working right, we have tested all of it. The BS3 is not connected to the battery and all of the stock PCM and wires are not even in the vehicle anymore, so we can eliminate that possibility pretty much

Well I drove the truck yesterday and realized that the 3rd gear is out, so I have to take the tranny to Waco this weekend. Other than that the truck is complete and running.
