Default 2600 rpm hesitation

alright guys another ? for ya. Ive got an annoying problem. Ever since ive installed my whipple my truck has a horrible hesitation from 2600 to 3000. after that its alright. it only seems to do it under boost. I dont seem to notice it at wide open throttle. I have torque manegment removed and it helped power alot but didnt seem to phase the hesitation. any suggestions? I havent messed with the MAF except to install the supercharger. Hope you guys can help.

hey bigguy, I would be willing to guess that it has something to do with timing and your ecm. Have you played with LS1 edit yet? Sorry can't help too much.
