does anyone have pics of what has to be modifyed to install a walboro 255lph in the stock bucket of a 01 silverado
btw what type of fuel system do i have - return-style or returnless?

cram that sucker in the bucket, your going to have to fold over the filter!anyways jam it in the bucket and wire it up.
Quick, White1, Vicred , myself and a few others have done it this way with no problems.
You have a return style setup.

my fuel pump is whining like crazy anybody got an idea on how long i got till it goes south? ill get a short vid up tommorrow if i can its real loud

besides some basic tools, No.
If anything you might need some fuel injection hose to replace the plastic hose if you damage it by trying to remove it.
Ohh and slowly remove the bucket from the tank, Its easy to break the sending unit on these suckers.
No telling, it may never go out or it might not start right now lol
But i will tell you that the stock pump is not a very powerfull pump as far as LPH goes.

i was thinking the sending unit and pump was in one unit
i was going to replace the sending unit anyways too because its common for those to go out like it did on my 99 and i have 150k+ miles on this truck so i figured its about time
