New cam's in. It sounds sick as poo. It's got a NASTY idle. It's idling pretty good at 650 right now. I may up it cause it's only pulling 4-6 inches of vacuum at idle.

Anyone notice how most cams stop all lope when the AC is on? Not this one. It just starts loping harder.

That looks like a healthy cam, I'm idling at 850 right now, lopes hard but doesn't sounn like its about to die like it did at 650. I still have to raise my shift points to 6500 I'm at 6k right now, forgot to do that last tune dammit! I need to check that AC thing out tomo. But it does lope hardest when starting it up cold, I love doing that with my cut out open and watching peoples heads turn.

Thing's I've run into ... Misfires, and P0106 light. This cam's only pulling 4-6 inches of vacuum at idle. It's really not as bad as I thought it would be. Like I said earlier, it's still pulling hard as hell at 7000 where I'm shifting. I think I'm gonna up that to 7200, maybe 7300. At 7000, it shifts out of 2nd at 99 mph.

On a cold start it really sounds like it's missing like hell and barely running, but I think that's cause it is. Once I get the idle down better I think I'll really like it a lot more.
