Default 218/224 vs 222/222

I'm getting ready to get a new cam. I'm looking at one from a member its a comp 218/224 .562/.568 113, the other is a new Lingenfelter 222/222 .566/.566 112. Whats the difference going to be, will it be noticable? I like the 112 lsa I have now , but how much different is 113? Also with some ported heads, will the different int/exh duration be as important? I still have manifolds, so I probably need all the exhaust help I can get.
Please post opinions, I dont mind doing the swap over and over, but sometimes its hard to get rid of a cam.

your gonna pickup alot with full exhaust with any cam/heads most people arent gonna leave that power on the table. As far as the cams they are similar, I dont think you'd see any difference from the lsa. If your not gonna do exhaust Id go with the split but if you are I would think the 222 would perform better. The 5.3 heads have small exhaust ports and dont flow as well inrelation to 6.0 heads so getting that exhaust moving fast is crucial its gonna suck in that much more air on the intake side.

The real question though is where you want the power and what your goals are?
Id get the heads flowed and then send the numbers to a custom grinder tell him what you want.

my .02 Im no cam guru
