zo6 cam is even worse in a 4.8L. 212/218 is getting a little big for a 4.8L probably have a REALLY nice lope though

Something along the lines of a 206/212 on a 112 LSA would probably be pretty nice in a 4.8L. It should make some decent power over stock and still give you plenty of bottom-end and mid-range power. FYI, we can get any cam custom-ground from Comp Cams and have it in about a week.

Very nice results! I'll be using a Comp's 206/212 cam in my 8.1 HD Silverado. I'm looking for towing power and fuel economy so I didn't want to get to aggressive.

now, now MR. MIX That's pretty small for an 8.1L I bet those wheels don't help with milage and towing Tom
I am going with CraneCams 208/216 500lift 113lsa (in a 5.3L) Does this sound good?
