Your truck looks great
We have similiar setups,mine has been in about 2 years now and has been dependable as hell,My 6.0 heads have a stage 1 porting with stock valves,I had them milled .020 which should put me almost to 10.0 compression,I believe shaving the heads took out all the ticking on mine and luckly have no piston noise but only on very cold mornings for only a minute,which about anything will do that.I have a more agressive cam waiting,I may install someday,it is
