Really, that's interesting. I'm installing the headers Friday, giving a buddy with a lift $100 to change them out. Then off to the tuner.

Headers are installed, truck runs great. Exhaust note is interesting, I'm not sure if I like it just yet. Ended up having an exhaust shop rework the Y pipe to bolt up to the factory cat-back. Had to cut my factory Y, but I didn't mind, saved me from having to drop the transmission crossmember.

Happy to report that my fuel mileage went up drastically. With the lift and tires I was averaging anywhere from 12.5-13.3 on the highway doing 80 mph. Yesterday I drove the same 500 mile stretch to west Texas and averaged 16.1, hand calculated and confirmed with the dash. I wasn't expecting a 3 mpg jump, it's awesome.

This was the headers, off road 3" y-pipe, and tune.

Yes it is custom tuned with hp tuners. I used a local tuner buddy, only charged me $100
