Default 2010/2011 gmc 6.2

Thinking of trading my 05 GMC in for a new 1500 with the 6.2 in it. Any thoughts on why i shouldnt or should. Just tryin to get a few ideas with the power and add ones that are possible before i buy one

add-ons should be pretty much the same as any other LS-based truck motor. As for power, I found that it had significantly more power than a comparable 5.3. I drove a 5.3 extended cab with 3.42s and then the 6.2 extended cab with the 3.42s. With both motors there feels like a significant amount of torque management, but with the 6.2 the lower and midrange power felt impressive, especially when manually shifted. I would guess that eliminating the TM on the 6.2 would make for a very, very fun ride.

The L92's are powerhouses for sure...
