Default 2008 4.3 V6 power upgrades?

I am about to purchase a 2008 Sierra 1500 work truck which has the 4.3L V6. Does anyone know of any supercharger or turbo kits for this engine? Is there a heads cam package out there. I know yall are all going to say go for a v8 swap or nitrous but i don't want to spend the money to do a v8 swap and i don't want to run nitrous.

Any help is appreciated.

Just Curious. Are you buying a 4.3 because it's cheaper or for fuel economy?
I ask because if you get the 5.3 instead and tune it, you'll get better mileage than the 4.3 will. They are actually rated like 1 or 2 mpg different from factory depending on options.
My grandpa has an 07 4.3 RCSB and my 03 5.3 ECSB with a cam gets better mileage and has the power to do stuff with it.

I don't know personally how many cam/head options are out there but I know they do exist. As for F/I, you can put a turbo on anything.

Given the economy and Truck sales, you could probably get the v8 at the v6 price if you tell the dude you'll buy it on the spot.

It may be harder to find a V8 truck, but it's worth it IMO. I bought an '06 Silverado with the 4.3 V6 and it's a good engine, just not much on the power side of things. If I could do it again, I would've gotten a V8, it's worth the $1,500 extra, give or take, whatever the msrp rates it at. I want to either do a V8 swap to mine or sell it and get a V8 truck, the power is the same from '06 to '08 aswell, 195 HP, and 260 ft/lbs of torque.
Just to put your mind as ease some more, if you were to get a turbo or supercharger for the V6 it would give you horsepower and torque numbers almost identical to the stock V8, and either FI upgrade would be way more than $1,500, or $2,000.

If you need more fuel tha the small 19 #/hr spider injection that you have will give.

here is a V6 marine inyake that will allow ytou to install any larger injector you want.

I have the V8 version on my Vortec 350.
